Intimation.
Dear Sir,
Product
expiry is unrecoverable loss for you as distributor as well as for the company.
In time feedback by
you and better management by us can minimize the problem very well. You are
already provided with
the intimation form but it is not properly used due to so many factors.
You
are requested to please submit prescribed intimation form to Marketing Office,
six months
prior from
expiry date, dully signed by our Regional Managers (signed by --------------, where
managers are not based). This will prompt us to get plan of liquidation from
our -------------- with strong follow up.
In
future intimation without signature of our -------------- will not be entertained.
Your continued cooperation will be highly appreciated and will help us to
reduce expiry and ensure minimum losses.
