Dear Sir,

Some time the shortage of material name occurs because of many reasons, resulting in a demand and supply gap in the market.  In order to avoid this problem the Company has decided to ensure maintaining of 45 days inventory at distributor level. 

The distributors are therefore requested to kindly maintain 45 days inventory to overcome the shortage problem.
